The complete scheme is a combination of a 2-6 storey Reinforced Concrete structure and a 1 storey, below ground level for the Kier Group to supply 281 units for private sale. On the 1-2 storeys concrete frames phased works, these columns and walls within some of the blocks were poured up to a height of 4 metres. Within these same areas there was also large drop beams to accommodate architectural requirements. In some instances the second floor slabs were constructed with 6 metre high columns and 6 metre high slab support system.
