This large residential development comprises a mix of private and social housing within a landscaped environment in East London. The built forms ranged from 2 to 6 storeys in height, constructed in a variety of structural mediums. The Reinforced Concrete works for the main 3 & 4 storey traditional blocks were constructed to an extremely fine tolerance of +/- 5mm to accommodate the requirements of the interfacing timber frame structures. Slim 350mm Transfer Slabs were also constructed to facilitate the Timber frames to be erected in the 5 to 6 storey areas which maximised the below ground car parking usage.
