A 4 storey Reinforced Concrete structure for a Marriott Hotel. Due to a critical fast track programme this required Togher Construction to design and supply a bespoke formwork system in-house to facilitate accordingly. Togher were also completely involved in discussions with the Structural Engineer to refine concrete mixes and finishes to enhance the strength of the concrete to allow earlier striking of the Falsework, thus allowing the Hotel to be constructed within programme and on budget.
