An award winning scheme which comprised of 25 affordable houses and 31 shared ownership apartments which incorporated 2 independent, 6 storey Reinforced Concrete structures. This was a tight and complex scheme due to its proximity to a busy, live main line, commuter rail link line and station. All works including the erection/dismantling and operation of the tower cranes had to comply totally with the stringent Network Rail conditions. Due to the close working relationship that developed throughout the project, the scheme enabled the completion of our works 4 weeks ahead of the contract programme and within budget.
