A five storey reinforced concrete structure with basement including bulk dig, groundwork’s and drainage. The basement parking area has been finished to a superfine finish on the vertical elements while the ramp and floor are a brush finish. The high level ground floor area is for retail space and above there are 96 bedrooms. Logistically it was a challenging project but with careful planning from an early stage we completed all works without any issues.
